Due to the nature of consignment, items are non-returnable non-exchangable. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns for online purchases of unworn clothing and shoes within 7 days of the shipment date for store credit and/or exchange. To complete a return, please send an email to email@example.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 3 days of the shipment date. We will only accept returns if items are unworn, unwashed and with our original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return request.
